• Please be aware that we do require you to wear a mask while in our clinic.  

 

• Please come to your appointment alone unless you require assistance.  For example, in need of physical assistance or a translator.

 

• Please call the clinic if you answer yes to any of the following questions:

 

1. Do you have any symptoms of Covid 19 such as cough, fever, or difficulty breathing?
    

2. Have you travelled outside of the province in the last 14 days?
    

3. Have you been in contact with a confirmed or probable case of Covid 19?
    

4. Have you been in contact with a person with acute respiratory illness that has travelled outside the province?
    

5. Do you have any pending Covid 19 test results?
